Cho-co-lates was founded in March 2020 by Hephzibah, Eta Yap, Pearly Lu and Kalaivani. Our vision is to own the ultimate chocolate experience that inspires passion for our brand around the world. Our products are known for having the most delicious smooth and elegant confectionary.
Cho-co-lates are made from fine chocolate and high-quality ingredients. The bittersweet and milk chocolate are made primarily from fine, high-flavor cocoa beans, processed to a velvety smoothness.

QUALITY COCOA FROM MALAYSIA
Cocoa beans are primarily sourced from Malaysia. We use the best-sourced cocoa beans and create its own unique flavor. We use two production methods to manufacture the various sizes and shapes of our chocolate: enrobing and shell-molding. Enrobing involves coating a formed center, like rich caramel, with smooth, method chocolate. The shell-molding process is practiced extensively in Europe, and it is the method used to manufacture most of our products in Malaysia.
In the formulation of our fillings, we use large quantities of Grade A dairy butter and heavy cream-both are ingredients rarely used in quantity by candy manufacturers.
